What Our Clients Say…
Joe Pearson
Broker Owner
I was brought up in a Real Estate family. Between all of us we have over 125 years of Real Estate experience and have been licensed in 6 different states. I’ve been serving the Treasure Valley area for over 27 years and I’m currently licensed in both Idaho and Oregon. My family and I have been very involved in our local community over the last 35+ years, and we can’t think of a better place to have raised our three kids. I’ve served on the Nampa Association of Realtors board as Treasurer and Vice President and I currently hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations. To me, the Real Estate business is all about helping others…putting the knowledge & experience I have to work…to help others.
As a little kid, I remember being asked what my Dad did for work. I really didn’t know how to answer that question. All I really knew was that Dad helped other people. As I got a little older, I realized that I was right. He did help people…he helped them buy and sell homes. One of the biggest investments a person will ever make in their lives and what some consider to be a big part of the “American Dream”.
I look forward to helping you in any way I can.

Agent
Having lived in the Nampa area for the last 7 years, I have first hand knowledge of the unique areas and neighborhoods that are best suited for residential as well as investment real estate.
My experience spans from working with first time homebuyers, growing families with school children, investors who are looking to enhance the local area or those looking to build another income stream, to retirees who are looking for the perfect oasis as they ease into the sunset of their years.
I use data and technology to effectively market and sell homes. I am always flexible, prompt, and keep well informed of programs to help first time homebuyers. I will provide ideas to help enhance your home buying experience based on your needs. I want to be your realtor for life and I’m willing to earn that trust.
On a personal note, I am a husband and father to an amazing little boy who I hope will someday join me in helping families achieve their American dream. You may ask yourself “how am I different than other realtors”? What I can tell you is that what I do is not transactional. I am passionate about what I do and committed to providing a home buying or selling experience that is smooth, yet memorable. I treat every customer like family and I can honestly say that as a result, I’ve gained life long and meaningful friendships.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I sell my current home before buying a new one?
How big is an acre?
One acre is 43,560 square feet. Some have compared this to the size of a football field, without the end zones. When you see a lot size mentioned for a property, it is usually shown as a percentage of an acre. (ex: a lot that is .20 of an acre is an 8,712 square foot lot. .20 x 43560 = 8,712).
What is the MLS?
What is the first step in the home buying process?
Do I need to do a final walk-through?
This is not required, but is a very good idea. A final walk-through gives a buyer a chance to make sure nothing has changed since their first visit. You want to make sure the property is in the same condition you’ve agreed to buy it in. Also, if repairs were requested as part of the offer, a follow-up after the repairs have been competed ensures that everything has been done according to the contract.
